[Sallal Laahu Alaieh Wa Sallam]
said:
“There is blessing in eating suhūr;
so, do not skip it, even if one of you has a sip of water.
For indeed Almighty Allaah and
His Angels send blessings and mercy on those who eat Suhūr/ Sehri.”
[Ahmad 11086]

‘Contemplation for one hour is superior to seven years of worship.’
They read and read, but what they read their hearts refuse to store- The more they pages turn, the more are deeply steeped in sin. O friend, why are you still inclined to waste paper and ink- Go rather forth and try to find the source where words were formed.
Take yourself close to the heart aflame with Divine Love This fire cannot be ignited it has to be attained.
