RULES REGARDING FASTING

Intention (Niyyah نِيَّةٌ) of Fasting

May Allaah Kareem bless us
all with wonderful days and nights of Ibadah and acceptance….and forgive our
sins.

When the door of fasting
is opened in the month of Ramadan, the soldiers that carry the lights of divine
majesty descend with their chains and restrain the mouths of the lower selves,
thereby preventing them from their worldly foods and increasing their yearning
for the beauty of the foods of Paradise.
