Guarding Our Tongue
Guarding one’s tongue from idle chatter, lying, gossiping, obscenity, rudeness, arguing, and controversy. That is why the Prophet,
[صلى الله عليه وسلّم] said:
“The backbiter and his listener are co-partners in sin.”
One should make (the tongue) observe silence and occupy it with remembrance of Allaah, Great and Glorious is He, and with the recitation of the Quraan.
I am passionate about my religion; My hope is to inspire and touch people’s hearts, to produce work that held remembrances of the creator of the universe…and sharing the love by following our Beloved Prophet Muhammad [Peace be upon him].
And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me…The Holy Qur’aan
‘Contemplation for one hour is superior to seven years of worship.’
They read and read, but what they read their hearts refuse to store- The more they pages turn, the more are deeply steeped in sin. O friend, why are you still inclined to waste paper and ink- Go rather forth and try to find the source where words were formed.
Take yourself close to the heart aflame with Divine Love This fire cannot be ignited it has to be attained.
